Team WE Sports

WE women train together and support one another, both in athletic endeavors and everyday life.

Coach Emma Cribb and Women’s Edge Sports offer different programs for group sessions and one-on-one coaching.  Group workouts are organized based on athletes’ schedules, locations, skill levels and goals. Monthly training programs are customized and provide detailed and specific workouts, as well as coach feedback.

Training with WE

Women’s Edge Sports offers coaching and support for athletes interested in learning and/or improving in the following disciplines: Run, Swim, Cycling, and Multisport. We also offer one-on-one customized training, Weight loss programs and Training camps throughout the year.

Training camps

Coach Emma Cribb organizes and manages training camps for athletes. Training camps are an amazing opportunity to bond with other athletes and take your fitness and skills to the next level.  Our training camp coordinators choose training locations that are challenging and scenic; and accommodations that are comfortable, clean and affordable. The events are fully supported by coaches and management to make your experience memorable and valuable.

Nutrition Coaching

Health Counseling is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition. WE nutrition and health coaches, studied the major dietary theories and principals and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life. Most dietitians dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods. We work with athletes to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. No one diet works for everyone. You will find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. And we’ll help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
