Coaching and Training

COACHING AND PERSONAL TRAINING FEES:

  • $80 per 1 hour personal training session (1 person); gym, outside or home.
  • $40 per person for 2 participants
  • $10-$30 per person for 3+ participants
  • $80-$125 on the bike session, up to 2 hours
  • $80 per session for private or small group yoga
  • Individualized Training Plan: $250 per month

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING AND TRAINING:

Coach Emma Cribb offers strength training and cardiovascular fitness training, as well as technique training for endurance athletes in swimming, cycling and running.  You can work with Coach Emma one-on-one or in a group.  All sessions are customized to meet your specific needs.

 

Cycling – One on one and group bike sessions for bike handling, hill climbing, descending, gear selection, race tactics, pedaling technique, proper pacing and group riding skills. We also consult on equipment selection and do escorted training rides for athletes of all ages and levels.

 

Swimming – Coach Emma offers poolside instruction for stroke technique that includes form drills to help improve your form. Want to join a Master’s swim workout? Coach Emma can help.  Also, in the spring and summer, join open water swimming sessions to learn how to sight and negotiate challenges such as currents, tides and water temperatures.

 

Running – Improve form and learn drills to make you faster and more efficient. Track workouts, hill repeats and tempo run workouts too.

 

Triathlon/duathlon transitions – We teach equipment set-up for quick and easy transitions.

 

Fitness and performance tests – time trials for swimming, running and cycling.

 

TRAINING PLANS:

Coach Emma Cribb offers customized individual training plans for endurance athletes of all levels of experiences.  The coach-athlete relationship begins with a consultation.

 

Athlete Consultation Includes:

-In-person, Skype, Facetime or phone meeting

-Review and explain fitness test results

-Review of athlete profile form and history

-Review race results

-Identifying short term and long term goals

-Establish training preferences and schedule

-Goal event/race selection

-Set up of personal on-line Training Peaks Premium account

 

Individualized Training Plans Include:

-Personalized training plan designed to fit your schedule

-Workouts posted on Training Peaks Premium account and emailed daily

-Weekly training plan updates

-Weekly or daily review of training log updates including heat rate, GPS and power files

-Detailed workout descriptions that may include heart rate zones, power zones and target paces in addition to specifics of time, distance, perceived exertion and course type

-Communication with Coach Emma via email or phone

-Advice on race strategy, nutrition strategy and equipment selection for your events

-Mental preparedness and race specific tips

-Analysis of all race results

 

Individualized Training Plan: $200 per 4 week blocks
