I have been a fitness professional since 1999. I coach and train recreational cyclists, bike racers, triathletes and runners for over 10 years. I work with individuals of all ages with non-athletic goals, as well. Besides my two degrees (B.S. and MBA), I hold multiple specialty fitness certifications, including a 200-hour Structural Yoga instructor certification.

I founded Team WE in Nashville in 2014 with 5 women. There are 19 for 2015 between the ages of 13 and 45. I live with my husband, Sammy Cribb, 2-year old daughter, Kira, and 8-year old son, Sebastian “Seby.” I am passionate about growing women’s participation in endurance sports, such as cycling and triathlon, for recreation and competition. It’s my personal mission to provide the highest quality training, coaching and mentoring to people desiring to live a fit, active and healthy lifestyle.
